How do I use my Discount Code

Select the shoes you would like and click on the "Buy Now" button. Our automated shopping cart will lead you through the purchase process. You will see a section at the bottom of the purchase page titled either "Notes" or "Discount Coupon"Enter your code here and proceed with the purchase. The discount will automatically deducted from the total.

Will the discount appear immediately?

Yes, your discount code should be entered on the check out page

What is your return / exchange policy?

Our policy is that the customer is always right. If for any reason you are unhappy with your Gabellini dance shoes, simply return them within 3 weeks of purchase for a full refund or exchange. **

Orders returned for a refund must be returned and processed within 30 days of the purchase transaction or will be charged a $5.00 service fee.

The customer is responsible for insurance and tracking of the returned item.

- All items must be unworn.

- All Items must be in their original shoe bag.

- Items can only be exchanged or returned for a refund in the country in which they were purchased. See country-specific site for details.

Shipping for exchanges is free. You must return the shoe and then we will reimburse you the shipping cost (standard US shipping Max $10.00) Please include a note in the box detailing your request.

How do you ship and how long will it take?

United States

Our warehouse is located in Champlain NY.We use FedEx Ground (insured). Allow 5 to 9 days delivery.

**Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes.In these cases we use the US postal service 10 day delivery.

Tracking numbers are available upon request.

FedEx will leave packages at your door if no one is home. If you require a signature upon delivery please advice us with your order on the check out page in the "Comments/Special Delivery Instructions"

Our warehouse is located in Montreal.We use Canada Postal Service (insured). Allow 5 to 7 days delivery.

Do you ship to Europe? What is the rate?

Yes we have distributors in England, Italy and the Netherlands. International shipping is $20.00 charge for shipping. Delivery will take 8 to 15 days.

Where can I buy Gabellini Dance Shoes Shoes?

We are currently promoting our shoes at various Dance events and with selected distributors. Our shoes are available at many retail locations across North America and Europe. Please contact us with your location and we will be pleased to give you our closest distributor.

How do I know the shoes will fit?

Use the sizing chart at bottom of each purchase page. If you receive the shoes and would like to exchange the size just return the shoes and we will send you the correct size at no additional shipping charge.

How do I care for the suede sole.

The suede sole is the feature that gives dance shoes the right balance of traction and slip.It is suggested to brush the sole regularly to lift the fibers of the suede sole.
